Ordering & Process

Do you sell from inventory or build to order?
We build to order. Every trailer is fabricated to your specs. We don't keep a lot of pre-built units sitting around — that's what separates a custom trailer from a commodity one.
What's the minimum order?
One trailer. We build single units just as readily as fleet orders.
How long does it take to get a trailer?
Lead times vary based on build complexity and current shop load. We'll give you an honest timeline when you request a quote. We don't overpromise on delivery and underdeliver on the job site.
How do I start an order?
Fill out the quote form or email us at info@reeldealtrailer.com. We'll follow up within 48 hours to gather specs and answer questions. From there, we'll send a quote and, once approved, schedule your build.
Do your trailers come with a warranty?
Yes. Contact us for warranty terms on your specific build.
Do you ship outside your region?
Yes. Contact us to discuss delivery options for your location.

Build & Specs

Can you match a competitor's trailer spec?
Yes. If you have a spec sheet or dimensions from another manufacturer, we can build to it — and in most cases, we can improve on the materials and finish quality.
Can you add hydraulics or self-loading capability?
Yes. Hydraulic self-loading is one of our most common upgrades. Tell us your reel weight and we'll spec the right system.
What reel sizes can you accommodate?
We build for all standard reel sizes and plenty of non-standard ones. Give us the reel diameter, width, and weight — we'll spec the right frame, spindle, and axle rating.
Can you handle a fleet order?
Yes. We work with utility companies and municipalities on multi-unit fleet orders. Contact us for fleet pricing and lead time information.
What industries do you build for?
Primarily electrical contractors and telecom/fiber optic crews, but we build for any trade that moves cable, wire, or conduit on reels — including utilities, municipalities, and general contractors.
What finish options are available?
Standard powder coat in your color choice, custom fleet markings, or galvanized finish for maximum corrosion resistance. Ask us about what's right for your operating environment.
